Proposal → contract
Hours → 1 min
1 min from approved proposal to a contract in JobTread, ready for the client to sign. Before, every proposal and contract was rebuilt by hand in ChatGPT.
How a contract goes out in 1 minute
Every salesperson now builds proposals with the same Claude skill, so every proposal comes out in the same company format. If data is missing, the skill asks the estimator before anything goes to the client. Once the proposal is approved, it is pushed straight into JobTread: the full budget, the proposal, and a contract from one standard template with the proposal already attached, ready for the client to sign. Everything lives in JobTread, so you can see what is sold, what is waiting, and what is still being worked on.
Built with the Proposal → Contract skill and run by the Estimator agent, on Claude skill → JobTread → e-sign.
Site notes were dropped into ChatGPT, and every proposal went through 15 rounds of changes. Then ChatGPT wrote a new contract from scratch, so no two contracts matched. Each one was refined again, sent through DocuSign, and uploaded to JobTread by hand. After all that work, nobody could see how many jobs were sold, what was sold, who was waiting, or which proposals were in progress.
