Permit reporting
No insight → Live tracking
Live permit tracking by jurisdiction. Clients get real answers instead of guesses.
How we turned the lights on
We built a reporting system that logs every permit with its jurisdiction, type, and dates, then measures turnaround. The team can now see which jurisdictions take longest and plan around them, and clients get actionable timelines.
Built with the Permit Tracker skill and run by the Ops Analyst agent, on JobTread → Airtable → Notion.
The company had no insight into its permits. Nobody could say which jurisdiction took longest, so every client timeline was a guess and clients felt like they were shooting in the dark.
