Inspection reports
6 hrs → 5 min
5 min to finish the inspection report once the visit is done. It used to take 6 hours.
How 6 hours became 5 minutes
We implemented new software for the field and put agents on the schedule. The inspector captures photos and notes on site as usual. When the visit is marked done, Claude builds the report in the company's own template, and the inspector only reviews and signs.
Built with the Inspection Report skill and run by the Field Reporter agent, on Site notes + photos → Claude → report.
Every inspection ended with about 6 hours at a desk: sorting photos, typing findings, and formatting the report. Scheduling ran on phone calls, and clients waited days.
