How Portland businesses use AI
Portland has a lot of older homes, so remodelers, roofers and general contractors stay busy with renovations, repairs and upgrades. The jobs are often complex, with permits, change orders and plenty of back-and-forth with homeowners.
We build AI skills and agents that handle that back-and-forth: answering and qualifying leads, following up on estimates, keeping your CRM and job software in sync, and prepping paperwork for your approval. We work with Portland-area businesses remotely, with on-site visits by arrangement.

03 · WHAT WE SEE IN PORTLAND
Older homes mean surprises. Every job brings change orders, permit questions and homeowner calls, and the office has to track all of it.
Sounds familiar?
Change orders get lost between the field and the office
Permit status lives in someone's inbox
Homeowners call for updates nobody has
Leads go cold while the team is on jobs
